We began manufacturing wiper blades & wiper arms in Taipei, Taiwan. In the initial stage, we only had stamping and assembling departments. |

We moved our plant from Taipei to Taoyuan for bigger production capacity. Taoyuan plant is also distinguished for it's convenient location near by the National CKS Airport.
We established our third department: rubber department. |

Due to business expansion, we changed to a limited liability company (LTD). |
| 1991 |
We renamed our company name as "Scan Top" so as to connect with the world globally. |
| 1998 |
Scan Top established it's second plant in Indonesia for Indonesian market. |
| 2001 |
Scan Top established it's third plant "Danyang UPC Auto Parts Co., Ltd." in China. "Danyang UPC" became Scan Top's key plant, and Taiwan plant keeps rubber department in Taiwan as well for special customers. |

Scan Top begins developing premium quality rubber together with one of the most well-known Japanese rubber manufacturer, and begins bringing in Japanese technology to the wiper blades it produced.

Scan Top established an independent rubber laboratory, keeps developing the most suitable and satisfactory rubber formula for wiper blades. |

Scan Top gets TS16949 moving. |

Scan Top has been chosen by one of the top 10 auto parts suppliers in Europe as it's wiper blade supplier and partner.
Scan Top has been chosen by a leading brand in the U.S. as it's OEM wiper blade supplier.
Scan Top has acquired patent for First Generation Flat Wiper Blade in EU, Taiwan and China. |
