Scan Top established it's third plant Danyang UPC Auto Parts Co., Ltd. in 2001, the plant size is 15,000 square meters (162,000 square feet). "UPC" is the first manufacturing company invested by Scan Top in China, and it is Scan Top's main plant for producing windshield wiper blade.

In 2002 and 2003, Scan Top and UPC acquired ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System certificate respectively, and we are expected to get the approval of TS 16949 Quality Management System in 2006.
